Our Ethos

Unlike many other companies, we do not offer a fixed package. we like to create a bespoke menu that fits your group's wants and needs. This flexibility also allows us to ensure you are getting the best produce available from the market.

Colour, flavour and seasonal produce are at the centre of our cooking. We will cater to your needs, whether it be nutritiously balanced meals to keep you skiing all day or indulgent regional dishes to delight.

If you would prefer something more structured we will happily draw up an agreed menu in advance.

Meet Clare:

Clare hase been working as a chef for over a decade.

She started off in restaurants in London and France and now loves working privately in chalets, barges and super yachts. She loves to build a menu that is individual to each clients wants and needs making use of the local markets and suppliers to ensure she is getting the freshest and most exciting ingredients possible.

Meet Lucy:

Lucy has been working as a chef since 2017. She started her career working in restaurants in France and soon went private. She has divided her time between The mountains in winter and Summers in the south where she works on the Super Yachts, in luxury villas, and at prestigious events such as the Monaco Grand Pris.

She is passionate about great produce and enjoys cooking a variety of cuisines, particularly Italian and Japanese.
